I’m sorry to see this review was also left here, particularly as we had been communicating directly regarding your order through Etsy.
For clarification for anyone reading, your order was dispatched from Australia within our stated processing timeframe and was sent on time. Unfortunately, once an international parcel has been handed over to the postal network, the delivery timeframe is outside of our control and estimated delivery dates can sometimes be affected by customs or delays within the destination postal service.
At the time this review was written over the weekend, your tracking showed that the parcel was safely in the US and actively moving through the USPS network. As I explained in our communication on Etsy, because the parcel was still in transit and had not been lost, I was unable to cancel and refund an order that was already on its way to you.
The parcel was then successfully delivered on Monday, the next business day after this review was posted.
I completely understand that waiting longer than expected for an international delivery is frustrating, especially when you were excited to finish your daughter’s room. However, I do want to clarify that the order was produced and dispatched on time from our end, and the delay experienced was within the international postal network rather than a delay in fulfilling your order.
I’m pleased to see that USPS ultimately delivered your order safely and hope your daughter is now enjoying her finished room.
