We want your experience with our décor to be just as smooth as it is stunning. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about installation, power, personalisation, care, and safety.

⚡ NEON SIGNS

What happens after I place my order?
Once we receive your order, we begin custom manufacturing your neon. Production takes approx. 2–3 weeks, plus shipping time.

What are your neons made from?
Each neon is crafted from high-quality LED neon tubing, mounted on clear acrylic or timber for a luxe finish.

What colours are available?
White | Warm White | Pink | Green | Teal Blue | Blue | Purple | Red | Orange

How do I power it?
Each sign comes with 2m of clear cable and a certified AC adaptor—just plug it into a standard power point.

Does it come with a remote?
Yes! Every neon includes a remote control with a dimmer to adjust brightness.

How do I install it?
Our neons are lightweight and easy to hang:

  • Use 3M Command Strips on flat, smooth walls only (not suitable for wallpaper, decals, or textured surfaces).

  • Or choose our Wall Mounting Kit for a more permanent option.

  • Timber Neons feature an inbuilt hook—ready to hang!
    Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions for safe installation, including weight limits and surface prep.

What size are the signs?
Sizing varies by design. Check each product description for dimensions before ordering.

🌙 NIGHT LIGHTS

Can I personalise a night light?
Absolutely! Add your child's name during checkout, or leave the text box blank for a clean, non-personalised look.

What are the lighting features?
All lights include:

  • Multi-colour LED settings

  • Adjustable brightness (dimmer feature)

  • USB power cable + battery option (3x AAA batteries not included)
    Please ensure your power supply meets Australian standards.

What are they made of?
Each night light comes with a clear acrylic insert and a natural timber LED base.

What’s the size?
Base: 145mm x 60mm x 35mm
Insert size varies based on design.

Processing time?
Approx. 1 week + shipping time.

🎨 ACRYLIC DÉCOR & NAME SIGNS

What’s the processing time?
Turnaround is 1–2 weeks + shipping time.

What are your acrylic products made of?
All acrylic décor is cut from 3mm premium sheets (mirror, gloss, and matte options available).

What sizes are available?
Each item is custom-sized based on the name or design—see product descriptions for sizing notes.

How do I hang acrylic plaques or signs?
Proper installation is important to avoid damage:

  • Screws (with pre-drilled holes) are the most secure method and highly recommended, especially if installing over wallpaper or decals.

  • 3M Command Strips can be used safely on plain, smooth walls only. They are not suitable for use over wallpaper, decals, or textured surfaces.

  • Blu Tack or adhesive putties are not recommended under any circumstances—even for temporary use—as they do not offer adequate support and may result in damage.
    Damage from incorrect installation is not the responsibility of L A Interiors.

What colours are available?
Please refer to the colour chart in each product listing. Colours may vary slightly from screen to print.

🔒 SAFETY & CARE

Safety Warning:
Our products are for decorative use only and are not toys. Please keep all cords, small parts, and remote batteries out of reach of children.

Battery Note:
Due to safety regulations, button batteries are not included. Neon remotes require a CR2016 battery.

Care Tips:

  • Clean with a soft microfiber cloth and methylated spirits only

  • Avoid harsh cleaners or abrasives

  • Do not place near humidifiers, vaporisers, or areas of high moisture

Handling Tips:

  • Always use two hands when installing or moving

  • Be gentle with small cut-out details (e.g. dots on letters)

  • Do not hang directly above sleeping areas

  • Ensure all wall prep and installation methods are appropriate for your wall surface and the item’s weight

🔁 RETURNS & BREAKAGES

Custom Orders:
We do not offer returns or refunds on personalised or made-to-order items unless we’ve made an error.

Breakages:
If your item arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the issue

  • Contact us ASAP at info@littleabodesinteriors.com.au
    Please note: We are not liable for damage once the product has been unpacked and installed.

Installation Damage:
We cannot replace items broken due to incorrect installation or improper handling. Please follow our recommended installation instructions carefully.
