We are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless customer experience. As we offer a wide range of products including made-to-order wallpapers, decals, and personalised decor, please carefully review our returns policy below based on your product type.
🔹 Wallpaper & Wall Decals
All wallpaper and decal products are printed to order. Please consider your purchase carefully before finalising your order. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

The item is faulty, damaged, or not as described

There is a printing error due to our fault
We provide detailed product information including colours, dimensions, and installation instructions. Customers are responsible for ensuring their selection suits their wall surface and environment (e.g. humidity, paint type, wall texture).
Important:
Walls must be prepared with Viponds Self-Adhesive Prep Coat. Adhesion issues caused by incorrect prep are not covered under warranty or eligible for return.
🔹 Custom & Personalised Products (e.g. Acrylics, Neons, Night Lights)
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made or personalised products unless there has been a genuine error on our part.

🔹 Breakages & Handling Guidelines
All items are carefully packed, but we rely on third-party couriers to deliver safely. If your item arrives damaged:
We are not responsible for breakages after the item has been unpacked.
Handling Tips:

Do not hold acrylic plaques by one end

Avoid rough cloths on mirror acrylic

Handle night light inserts with care

Do not apply pressure to small glued-on pieces
🔹 General Return Policy (Non-Personalised Items Only)
We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible non-custom items. To qualify:

Item must be unused, with tags and original packaging

You must have proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved:

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:

The fastest way to exchange an item is to initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order once approved.
🔹 European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, under EU consumer law.

🔹 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
